Bitaog Beach on Unib Island is often called one of the most beautiful beaches in the Dinagat Islands. Soft, powdery white sand meets turquoise water, backed by coconut palms and striking rock formations. It is about a 20-minute boat ride from San Jose port.
It is a great place for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing, and on our 2D1N tour it is the lunch stop, with around two hours to enjoy the beach. Unib Island is also home to the Rufous Hornbill.
The local government of Basilisa works to keep Bitaog clean and protected, so please follow the "leave no trace" rule during your visit.
